For many people, pregnancy is a time to rejoice and prepare.
But for some, an unexpected pregnancy can bring fear and confusion. Circumstances might lead you to feel there is little hope. The responsibilities of pregnancy and parenting can be overwhelming and might leave you feeling isolated and without a support system.
Some people, even friends and family, may pressure you to take drastic measures. But your health and welfare are too important to act before you fully understand the consequences of your decisions.
At Southside Life Care Center, it is not our intention to provide a quick fix or merely focus on the current dilemma. Our center offers assistance to serve our clients on all levels - emotionally, spiritually and physically.
Pregnancy, especially an unplanned one, can deeply affect those in the life of the pregnant woman. With that in mind, our counselors offer assistance and support to the boyfriends, friends, husbands, and families in accepting and supporting the pregnancy.
